Tuition fees can be paid in four installments, each one at the beginning of each academic year and within one week of the start of the semester.

refund policy
The refund policy for the tuition fees is the following:
- All fees paid in advance will be refunded in full if the applicant, for whatever reason, fails to obtain a D-type Visa from the Greek Consulate of his/her country to travel to Greece.
- The applicant can claim a full tuition refund, less bank commissions, only if the official visa refusal letter can be provided.
- Tuition fees must be received net of Bank commissions.
- In all other cases, no refund can be made
